The Type 1 electrical junction box is designed for commercial indoor use as a junction or pull box. The NEMA Type 1 electrical junction box provides a basic level of protection to personnel and it’s components.
The Type 1 electrical junction box is UL listed and complies with NEMA standards.
Formed from continuously seam welded gauge 16 – 12 steal and covered with galvanized (G90), the Type 1 
electrical junction box is built tough and built to last. Available in any size as all orders are custom built to your specs. Available as screw cover or hinged cover. Comes with mounting holes and grounding stud. Available options are: back panel, meter seal lock out for utility companies, knock-outs, cut-outs, brackets, louvers and powder coating in a wide array of colors.
