Schedule:                                4-day work week, Monday through Thursday: 7am -5:30pm

Job Description

Full time Powder Coater; 

Powder coater would be required to load parts onto racks, clean and prep parts where needed, apply powder, bake parts, remove from racks and take to next station. 

Duties Include, but are not limited to:

• Adhere to principals and standard practices for powder application.
• Operate all equipment: guns, hopper, ovens and collection booth.
• Inspect parts to confirm parts were efficiently coated and meet company quality guidelines.
• Identify parts that don’t meet drawing specifications and notify supervisor.
• Ensure safety guidelines are being met.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, production environment.
• Perform proper cleaning of equipment and work area 
• Perform maintenance on equipment when needed.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for majority of 10 hours days.
• Work in a team environment, perform duties in a professional and courteous manner.
