NJ Sullivan is a Virginia Metal Fabrication Company located in Sterling, VA next to Dulles airport. Located 20 minutes outside of Washington, DC, NJ Sullivan has been in the business of metal fabrication and custom metal fabrication since 1958.
N.J.S began as a small sheet metal and machine shop producing custom parts for the Federal Government and private industries. In the early 70’s N.J.S. began to specialize in products for the electrical construction industry, manufacturing junction boxes, troughs, enclosures, cabinets and bus bars. While these items are part of N.J.’s proud history and are still produced today, they are just the tip of the iceberg.
NJ Sullivan now has over 52,000 square feet of plant space, with departments that specialize in precision metal, precision machining, powder coating, sheet metal, proto-types and design. We are one of the biggest producers of CT Cabinets, Termination Cabinets and utility products in the Washington, DC area, with 
products pre approved for Dominion Virginia Electric, PEPCO, SMECO, NOVEC and BG & E. We produce electrical products that meet specifications for utility companies throughout the USA.
