Virginia Powder Coating Company NJ Sullivan is located in Sterling, VA just 20 minutes outside Washington, DC next to Dulles airport. NJ Sullivan has a dedicated Powder Coating department at it’s 52,000 square foot Virginia plant. NJ Sullivan uses four 500 degree Fahrenheit ovens: Two 24′ X 12′ X 12′ dual entry ovens, One 20′ X 8′ X 
10′ dual entry oven and One 10′ X 8′ X 10′ oven. NJS uses multiple self contained powder coating booths with Nordson Encore powder coating machines. NJS also uses a self contained downdraft 24′ dual entry wet coating booth.
Other coating and finishing capabilities include:
