NJ Sullivan’s latest addition of a welding robot (Lincoln Electric Robotic Welding System) has increased our production capabilities. The addition of a robotic welding system has made it possible for NJS to produce a greater number of utility products in a fraction of the time.
For example, the welding portion in the production of 500 nema4x stainless steel junction boxes takes a fraction of the time with a robotic welding system as it takes with a professional welder. Since the welding portion of these products is the most time consuming part of the process, we are able to cut production times drastically while increasing output.
