Body Armor – Helmet – Metal Fabrication
Here are some before and after picks of some Body Armor Helmet pieces that N.J. Sullivan Powder Coated.
Powder Coating Process
Powder coating is a process of electroplating materials using powder paints instead of liquid paints. The powder which is electro-statically charged sticks to the surface layer of a grounded material. Powder coating is quickly gaining popularity due to its advantages over the traditional liquid paints.
Metal Fabrication Process
Metal fabrication is a process in which machines and structures are designed from raw materials using multiple methods such as cutting, welding and bending.
